Your order will be shipped either from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China or from overseas. We ship most of our products worldwide & we have almost 18 years experience in packaging diecast car model and each item is inspected carefully before shipping.

All of our orders are usually processed within 2-7 business days and will be shipped with tracking number and we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties if any.
We will deliver the goods in approximately two to three weeks. Please understand that the delivery delay might happen due to uncontrollable reasons like custom processing, weather, etc.

We are NOT responsible for lost or misdeliver due to incomplete or incorrect address.For international buyers, any import duties are responsible by the buyer if it occurs.

return&cancellation policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the return is not caused by the quality of the product, you will need to bear 20% of the outbound cost and the returned courier cost.

If the return is caused by the quality of the product, we will bear the freight.
